The lymphatic system is a network of tissues and organs that help rid the body of toxins, waste and other unwanted materials.

What is the lymphatic system?

The lymphatic system transports lymph, a fluid containing infection-fighting white blood cells, throughout the body. The lymph system is also responsible for getting rid of your fat cells.

The lymphatic system uses the body's natural movement, breathing, intestinal activity, and muscle action to create flow and push the toxins out of the body.

The lymphatic vessels return body fluids to the blood after killing foreign organisms.
